Exceptional athletes can go down to 40-50
Very low endurance should be 100-120 (unhealthy)
Pain levels or stress increases pulse.
Severe close to death-ness can decrease it.
(What if, when pulse went over x, it lead to a cardiac event? So if you’re super unhealthy and something like FEAR spikes your pulse too high, you have a very small roll for a heart attack? Too real?)
