Given the developments with cooking (and in an effort to cut down on bloat), I wanted to suggest that similar to how you can recycle cloth in a MERLIN, maybe the cooktops can come with a ‘compost’ function. Unlike a MERLIN, it doesn’t reuse the material, but this would give players a way of getting rid of food items (or getting rid of badly made food).
Eventually, when hydroponics can (hopefully) have compost, maybe the recycling can actually be made into a compost item that can help benefit plants.
